Update?
February 16, 2007Tried thermogain and increased my Cardio. Have been doing alot of heavy spinning after workout. In the mirror, I see great improvement in definition, although my weight has not gone down that significantly. AM planning to reduce my cardio since I might start losing muscle mass

January 16, 2007I have been working out for sometime now, and I have gained alot in terms of getting the mass I want. However, as I ahve grown bigger and heavier, it seems that I am starting to lose the definition that I want. I tend to focus now on getting a bit of definition to look better, with or without a shirt
