Day 66
Today was supposed to be back and biceps. My energy levels are not matching my focus and determination. I decided that cardio was a must so I would split up my routine and just go with biceps today. It is now the final push to get the the best conditioning I possibly can. Every gram of carbohydrates I consume is being utilized during lifting or cardio. I am sticking to every meal and really trying to bring the best possible physique I can to the stage. We will see what happens when the 12 weeks of work come to fruition on April 10th. No matter what, it was one hell of a ride.
