Cutting continues
Saturday, February 9th, 2008So now that school is back in full swing and I have my work schedule all set my diet has been doing pretty good. Ordered a whole bunch of protein bars (Promax, Oh yeah bars) and protein pudding. Helps out with providing quick and easy (HEALTHY) snacks. I have dropped about 3 1/2 pounds and noticed a big change in body comp. Put up some new progress pics and I can actually see a difference. I think Bodyspace is such a motivational tool. Not only looking at others pictures but knowing yours are up there is HUGE. Because there is NO WAY I am gunna put up a pick and have no change in 3 months time for this challenge. So still been lifting and doing cardio 4-5 days a week. Gunna bump up to 50 minutes of cardio this next week and try to reduce my overall caffeine intake.
