School Starts…

So school started today, I don’t have any classes till tomorrow but its till here! I am excited to get back because I feel like I am not getting enough accomplished when just working. But then again it was nice to just have to worry about work. I am only taking 12 credits this semester at BSU so it should be SO much easier then last semester. gotta get a couple easy classes out of the way so I think it will be fun. Once I get into a good routine with school/work/working out it makes life so much easier. It sucks being a creature of habit, mixin’ up the schedule just throws everything off!

Weekly Progress

Saturday, January 19th, 2008

So I am not switching over to lifting light and doing more cardio. YEAH SO MUCH FUN!! But on Thursday I went skiing for the first time ever!! It was so freaking difficult. Going with a pro didn’t help but I had a good teacher. Apparently I caught on pretty quick but I thought I sucked. But the bruises and soreness slowed down my workouts for the next 2 days. I am still sore but I am not gunna let it ruin my progress. I think I am totally hooked tho! Great cardio training and its a total blast. I think once I actually can get down the hill without multiple face plants it will be ever more fun!!

Weekly Progress

So the diet has been going alright. Went out to breakfast and went out with friends so trying to eat healthy there is kind of tuff but I managed. I am not beng super strict right now just smaller portions and trying to keep under 2500 cals a day. Every time I end up getting super strict I go overboard and just dont get enough cals per day. My leg workout two days ago completly obliterated me and I havent been able to do cardio. I took today off instead of my usual sunday but it will workout. I am gunna bump up the cardio next week and start reducing the lifting days to about 4-5 days a week. I am also upping the dosage of Havoc to 30mg and am gunna see where that takes me. I have been taking Dren for a fat burner and so far its been pretty good. Its probably the only one that doesn’t make me a little sick when I first take it, actually you don’t feel anything. I notice that the euphoric "good mood" feeling that MHP markets actually kicks it quite well. The first day I did take it at like 8 in the morning and was up until the wee hours of the morning so that may be something that I will have to adjust. But other then that jut back to the daily grind. Tomorrow is Chest and Cardio!!

Starting the Cutting Diet

So this week I started cutting. I was tired of packing away all those calories and its just time to start leaning down and getting to the build I want. I am cutting down to about 2200-2400 cals a day and its going pretty good. I have already warned all the people I work with that I am on a cutting diet and am not exactly gunna be a "joy" to work around! The hardest thing for me to get down is just not eating after 9PM. It helps me lean down alot not eating during the night but the will power is lacking. Other then that the diet has been going well. I am going for about a 2-4 pound a week cut. We will see how it goes!!
