Getting ready for my bulking Cycle
Sunday, November 25th, 2007So I am now getting ready to start my bulking cycle in about 2 to 3 weeks. I have just suffered a little elbow injury from the holiday turkey bowl ( tackle football ) and have to get it checked out by the doc. Once I get the all clear I will be revamping my diet and starting my first cycle of RPN Havoc. I will continue with the rest of my supps including NO Shotgun, Xtend, Cytogainer, Torrent, Animal Flex , and Animal Pak. I added up the pills and its just shy of about 90 pills a day!!! I am counting that as one of my 6 meals…JK
. I am looking at getting to a solid 225lbs. I want to cut out a good 10lbs of BF and add mass to my legs and upper back. I am gunna try to keep up with a weekly log of how my workouts are going and the effects of my supps. If anyone has any questions or comments just shoot away!!!
