Friday, November 9th, 2007Yesterday was rest day, so no training. Diet as follows:
9:00 1/2 c egg beaters, 1 Omega-3 egg, 1/2c bell peppers, 1/2c tomatoes, 1 serving Morningstar Farms veggie sausage, and an orange
12:00 Lettuce wraps made with 1 can of tuna, 1 cup carrots, 1/2 cup peppers, handful of grapes, cocoavia bar
3:00 Think Thin Protein bar
6:00 5oz chicken breast, 4.5oz baked potato topped w/1T fat-free sour cream, green beans
9:00 1/2C plain fat-fre yogurt, 1C mixed raspberries and blackberries.
