morning-
water Lots of it!!!
banana
special k
milk 1%
multivitamin
lunch-
turkey sandwich with light mayo and honey mustard..
I try to add lots of veggies
midday snack-egg whites and lean muscle milk after my daily workout lots of water!!!
dinner-chicken
broccoli/corn
sometimes i eat chocolate but i try to stay away from sweet stuff which sucks sometimes
