Today was cardio, i did some jump rope, joggin 1 min/ 15 sec. sprints 10 times. Afterwards i did some boxing and stuff. It felt amazing. Tommorow i have Legs, so im looking forward to doing those again. Also, i posted some progress pics, i love getting back into the swing of things! New Post Soon

So im in San Diego on vacation, and i have no gym to go to and no weights to workout with. M/W/F ive been doing like 4 different kinds of pushups, dips, lunges, wall squats, and other random things. on Sun/T/Th i did abs. Hopefully i wont loose too much on this vacation. Also, ive been to the beach a couple times running around and swimming, so maybe it wont be as a bad as i think it will be. Also, i thought i would gain alot of weight this week, with me not working out or running alot and eating out. But the thing is that we havent eaten out much at all. I have a Bagel for breakfast and lunch every day. Its not bad here at all.
P.S.- San Diego is amazing.

So im leaving on vacation for a week to go to California. I am seriously going to miss working out, but have no fear. I am going to try to do Pushups, Decline Pushups, Incline, Pushups, Dips, Curls, Wall Sits, Abs, and Back with some kind of random things around y cousins house, that is if they dont have weights. Im still going to be taking creatine while there too. Hopefully i wont loose anything while im gone. New post when i get back

So ive been taking creatine for the last week, and now im leaving for a whole week to go on vacay. i was thinking id take the creatine with me through Airport Security, but i think they would think i had some kind of explosive powder, haha. Anyways, ill take it the rest of this week and continue when i get back. Today is boxing and running, tommorow is Leg day. I love taking care of my body, it makes me feel so good about myself. i love it. Im also getting tan after golfing 2 days in a row. New Post Soon

today was chest day, it felt better than last weeks thankfully. i gained another pound which im not happy about, haha. and i also started Creatine today, however, im worried about starting it already because next week im out of town the entire town, most likely without any workout equipment…new post soon

my bicep is killing me. and bicep day was on wednesday. its crazy. i dont know what happened. but im in pain. next workout day is monday, i have upperbody. leg day on friday was not that bad. i excluded squats in fear of excruciating pain for my baseball banquet tommowow. so will do it next time. new post soon.

so im about to go to the YMCA for my first leg workout in about 2 years. saturday will suck but im ready for it. i say bring it. haha. yesterday was a good workout day, but i had to switch my schedule around a little because of some things that got in the way. today will be good, tommorow will be worse, but the outcome will be great. new post coming soon

so i started working out monday, still sore (wednesday) but ill be back ib the gym in no time. i got a workoutplan and everything (check it out under workout plan) and im confident it will work. im in a competition of who can make the biggest body change in 3 months. its between me and my 4 friends. so root me on and cheer me up with comments. haha. but ill try to keep posting my progress which is sure to be made. new post soon!
