Digestion
hey all! I need your help.
I want to know if there is any supplement or herbal/all natural supplement that will help with bloating and also with digestion.
I know that you can’t get enough fibre and drink lot’s of water, but I do need something to help me with both of those problems. I’m also on an iron supplement which makes it harder.
Can anyone suggest something I can take daily, with or after meals? Please!

There are digestive enzymes you can purchase at any vitamine store. I take probiotic acidophilus 3 times a day to keep the good microflora in the digestive system. It also helps with digesting protein as whey protein (milk) is the most difficult protien to break down digestively. You’ll see in my profile that I have celiac disease which causes bloating and digestive trouble (cramps). Afects 1 out of every 260 some people. There a also probiotic drinks now in the store next to yogurt usually.

You might want to try taking digestive enzymes with your meals.
