Legs Kill Help!
Hey all,
So I’m sure some of you have slacked in going to they gym. I repeat some.LOL! I have gone but haven’t done legs in a week and a half. I even changed my routine and I walked out waddeling knowing today they would feel great! Not! Don’t get me wrong, the pain is a good feeling and in a few days they won’t feel like logs and hurt everytime I walk, bend and everything in between.
I’ve been stretching till I’m "blue in the face" and taking my glutamine. My glutes, quads, hams right down to my calves hurt.
How can I get cardio in when feeling like this? What can I do? Is there anything else I can use or do not too feel like this so I don’t feel so held back?

Cardio is actually a good thing to do. You want to get that lactic acid out of there your gonna need to move’em!

Just don’t think about it and do it! You’ll feel better afterwards anyway. It helps.
