HELP NEEDED
for all of those who are reading, I need some help, training wise. It turnes out that mi girfriend finds that guys that have a v-taper on their abs are hot. in other words i need to get that v-taper on my abs. I have no idea of how to train that part of my abs. I know that that region of my abs is mostly part of the transvers abdominis and inner oblique. I really need your help with workouts and tips on how to develope that part of my body. it would mean the world to me if anybody helped me out with this. abs are made in the kitchen!!!!!! cut out all added sugars and refined carbs and they will start to appear…workouts will do nothing, especially in that area, if your diet is not dialed in.

The best thing you can do for that is to lose body fat.
Other than that, hanging leg raises might help.

Bro you got to do lower abs everyday to get the Vtaper and its more genes than anything. Also, diet is the most important you should eat plain chicken, rice, potatoes all the time, also if your not eating enough protein than you will lose muscle and look flat instead of big and full, cardio 30mins/day, read this thread it starts off with a guy wanting to start steroids but I kinda talk him into working on his diet and I put a lot of info on there regarding diet so check it out.
