I finalli came back from my vacation. I went to puerto peñasco for TWO WEEKS without working out. and now i finally back to the gym. I got home early today and already went to the gym and did back and shoulders. I feel really weak. I’m very very happy that I’m back to my gym but i feel as though i’m goin to have to start from a very low level that i was befor the trip but i’m going to focus on my routine as hard as i can and give it my all to go back to where i was. And train hard.

for all of those who are reading, I need some help, training wise. It turnes out that mi girfriend finds that guys that have a v-taper on their abs are hot. in other words i need to get that v-taper on my abs. I have no idea of how to train that part of my abs. I know that that region of my abs is mostly part of the transvers abdominis and inner oblique. I really need your help with workouts and tips on how to develope that part of my body. it would mean the world to me if anybody helped me out with this. Finally I’m going on spring break and i’m going to be able to concentrate only on my body and my girlfriend. I already got the gym membership and my Ripped Fuel. These next two weeks are going to be great for my body.
