Free stylin’
Tuesday, July 21st, 2009Wow! Today was a good day and it was my birthday. I took time off from work and chilled for the most part. got my hair touched up and went to the gym. I did not have a real plan for the gym i just wanted to get in there and hit it hard. That is exactly what i did. i just kept it moving while i was in there. got a great sweat going. i did a little bit of everything… pushups, close hand push ups, diff crunch variations, bicep curls, lunges, crossover lunges… and so much more. i don’t even feel like typing it all. anyway, it was great and felt even better. i can totally do this.
gotta get some Abs!i don’t even know what day i am on for my challenge. so much for that.
5days a week exercise and 4-6 meals a day. - i can do that. =)
oh, i ran 3 miles yesterday. the plan for tomorrow is to run 6 miles at a comfortable pace. =) and abs.
