Day 28
42 minutes of cardio this morning and on to do afternoon work out of weight lifting. I may squeeze in upper and lower body if time permits it. busy weekend and had to substitute a couple of workouts with alternate ones. that is ok. still pressing forward.

lifting this afternoon was awesome! i really felt the burn and felt strong, too. I was able to squeeze in legs after doing back, chest and delts. i am sooooo doing this!!! I am in class for the rest of the week and not sure how i will work out in the morning and the afternoon. i’m gonna make it happen anyway! Ciao.
