Days 3 and 4
Friday, May 29th, 2009Day 3 - So awesome. Circuit training from Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser). It was hard but fun. Lot of sweating going on. over 64oz of H2O was consumed. Meals were ok. Can do better with what i put into my body. i feel so strong after that work out.
Day 4 - I have not worked out yet today. i will be doing another circuit session today. a little nervous because i had a double quarter pounder with cheese and med fries… oh and sweet tea. and i can still feel it, for now. working on the water consumption. i think i will aim to drink more than 64oz each day. I feel great. TTFN!
