Days 3 and 4

Friday, May 29th, 2009

Day 3 - So awesome. Circuit training from Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser). It was hard but fun. Lot of sweating going on. over 64oz of H2O was consumed. Meals were ok. Can do better with what i put into my body. i feel so strong after that work out.
Day 4 - I have not worked out yet today. i will be doing another circuit session today. a little nervous because i had a double quarter pounder with cheese and med fries… oh and sweet tea. and i can still feel it, for now. working on the water consumption. i think i will aim to drink more than 64oz each day. I feel great. TTFN!

Day 2 - May 27th

I consumed over 64oz and ate my meals as planned yesterday. Had McDonald’s at 1030 and that had me good to go for a long while.

Created my own circuit training session since i did not have my workout log with me. it was fun.

Day 1 - did not feel good at all and missed my workout! on my day one! that is ok. had a good day 2 and will continue.

DAY 1 of 30 day consistency!!!

Glad the weekend is over! A long weekend that seemed a little too long for me. I ate as I pleased this weekend and worked out once! Ahhh! However, I did use my double jogging stroller for the first time and it was a challenge! No power steering LOL! Anyway. I have decided to track 30 days of consistency with work outs, water consumption, and writing a daily post. Some days there may be 2 posts. I want to make sure I post my actual workout too. My goals remain the same pretty much. my workouts will consist of at least 30minutes at a minimum and making sure i eat my 5 small meals and 64oz of H2O as a minimum. I really want to see where being consistent can take me. I’ll be taking another pic tomorrow and I am thinking of posting it. Especially since I will be spending more time here. =) Some days I lose focus because I forget how I really look and feel compared to how I want to look and feel… like, oh i’m not THAT bad. You know what I mean.

Water consumption -

Work out -

Meals - 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm and 6pm

I have been doing very well with the water consumption and eating. The workouts have not been as consistent this last week as i would like them to have been. So if i did not get a chance to work out i would do some extra dancing with the kids… which is a workout itself and really watch what i ate that day. But i gotta kick it up and have alternate routines readily available if i can not make it to the gym i.e., push ups, abs, squats and lunges. My ultimate goal is to become all around fit and healthy… pass on healthy habits to my children and eventually become a personal trainer and compete. It just seems like so much fun. Helping people achieve their personal goals. Anyway, G/G.

Yesss!

I am below 160! I am soooo excited right now. I think I just got my second wind. I have my workout planned for the next month. I am using one of the work out routines from Oxygen magazine - A Stronger You in Less Than a Month. I am kicking up my cardio also. I am working out in the mornings now or early afternoon depending on what’s going on. That works better for me. I feel so much better about my day when i get it done early instead of waiting and anticipating the workout and then not wanting to do it anymore. I will not be counting calories. I am eating 5 small meals a day beginning at about 6am and consuming no less than 64oz of water. Me and my workout buddy are taking progress pics every two weeks so that should help me focus as well. The June issue of Oxygen is SWEET! I love it. Anyway. Gotta go. Will keep ya posted!
