for the challenge i had to start over on Monday after a crazy weekend. Since then i have been doing well. Calories have been 1700 and lower. I have had a small not so good snack monday and tuesday (2 cookies and hand full of salt and vinegar lays)… not starting over, though. today i have been off with my meals so i have only consumed about 400 cals which is not good at all. i am not going to try to make up for the calories that i did not get to eat. but i will continue on with my planned meals for the day. i worked out with a class today and it was good. did 15 minutes of running before the class. whew! joining the class made me push myself a bit. i am a little under the weather. sinus issues and ear is aching. besides that i feel GREAT! I have drank (is that the correct tense) 75oz of H2O!!! I am soooo proud of myself. I do not feel full of water either. instead of continuing to shovel food into my mouth, i only had my water bottle and decided to drink! YEAH! Well, G/G. I will post new pics on March 1st with measurements. TAKIN’ IT TO A NEW LEVEL!!!
