Been a while!
Thursday, January 22nd, 2009Well according to my last post… i was trying scivation… not working out. it is too extreme for me. i am not preparing for competition or anything. i just want to eat better to lose the weight i so badly want to get rid of. so, me and my workout buddy have put together our own plan and will keep each other accountable. i am excited. so i have not quit… just changing things up a bit … AGAIN!
here are my goals:
Short term: (keeping it simple)
* work out consistently 6 days a week
* eat 5 - 6 small meals a day and 64oz water(liquids)/day
Long Term:
* lose fat
* gain muscle
(weigh 135 and sz6) - hope that i do not look crazy. I don’t want to go too far, you know what I mean
Today is day 2 for me and i will track it for 12 weeks. we will do pics and measurements and everything. i could not find a program that i really liked. everything was soooo hardcore that it was not enjoyable at all. i want to look forward to working out and things. this is not easy… but i am sure it will be less of a challenge to do the right things as time goes by and i am consistent.
this is a priority! my me time.
yesterday, i ran 4.03 miles outside and with hills. my eating was pretty good - i did have some skittles and pringles for a snack and kept it movin’.
