Team Scivation!
Monday, December 29th, 2008Ok, I have been resting up for the new year. And I am ready. Today is day one for my Team Scivation diet and training. I was a bit leary about doing it at first because of the lack of carbs, but i did not realize that there are carbs in almost everything we eat. then i do get a cheat meal where i can eat what ever i want (in moderation to include good carbs - oatmeal, whole wheat pasta etc). i am feeling good. No new years resolution… i don’t like to call it that. but i have goals for this year and i am totally getting them done. I will go to the gym at 1000. I am so excited! G/G

it is about 4:40 in the evening. i felt great working out. when i did my cardio the machine said my heart rate was 180+ and then up to 207. i did not feel like i was doing much so that did scare me a little. it has been a challenge to keep up with the timing for my meals. i would love to be able to work out first thing in the morning and get it over with. right now i feel a bit nauseous and a little headachey… maybe that is withdrawals from all the mess i would have normally eaten… like something covered in cheese and carbs! sounds about right. i feel like i need to go to the bathroom but then again it goes away. most of the day i have been battling the BG’s (bubble guts). that could also be from the sugar smack cereal from last night after 9pm. LOL. so bad. i think i still have 2-3 meals to go. this day is getting more rough with each minute that goes by!!!
