did a circuit sunday morn.; had an unexpected day off frm training… today I must make a way to work out. I am still sitting at 160-ish. Consistency and intensity of my training is one of my greatest pitfalls… and also my eating habits. how is it that some people can make a decision to win this lifelong battle of health and weight loss and succeed? and there r those that just can’t seem to get it under control? so frustrating. but I can’t stop now, right? of course not. I will keep trying til I make it where I want to be.

I did a Jillian Michaels circuit. It felt great! I decided to give my body a little jolt with the weighted portion. I always start everything with 10lb DBs and then i just stay there. This time I tried the 15lb DBs and lowered the reps a little 3 sets of 8/10/12 or 10/10/12. Really felt the burn. As for supplements… i have been using a little bit of everything off and on. It seems like my body becomes used to it very quickly… not to mention i am not consistent. =( My plan is to use up what I have right now and then try something new for the new year. =) Tomorrow i think i will run two miles and then get on the elliptical or something similar… as long as it is cardio. I was looking at my arms today while working out and at one part of the motion my triceps looked NICE! but then when i pulled back (seated row) it was all dimpled and cellulite-like. it was weird and gross looking. i know i have to beef up my cardio in order to get real results in the bodyfat department.

going into week 4 of my 12 week plan and it ain’t pretty. it seems that as soon as i want to "amp" things up in the fitness department… every other area in my life wants to join the club. anyway, my work outs have not been very intense but only 1-2times a week. water intake is good , 64oz minimum. weight fluctuating 159.2 to 159.6! Aaaahh! I still have time. my schedule is a bit hectic but i will work it out. gotta find the time to rest. that is something i could use more of. G/G for now.

my plan is going well. finished my 10 mile run 14 minutes faster than the last time i ran it! totally geeked about that. i will rest tomorrow… i am super sore… but i don’t want to rest. maybe i will lift. anyway, i will make up my mind at some point.

Whew! I am so thankful that everyday begins brand new. I can not believe that it has been over a month since my last post. =( I have not been very consistent lately. Gotta get back on track. I have not gained much weight. Just really maintaining 158 to 160. I would like to see the 140s, but right now i will settle for 150. Aside from the scale, I will focus on consistency for the next 12 weeks. 4 sets of high reps and semi-low weights and cardio and more cardio. i will be running the ten-miler on sunday for fun mostly, but i plan to really keep up my running after this. i really want to improve my time next year. i plan to eat better but not count calories… i am tired of thinking about eating actually. i am also drinking 80oz of h2o/day. so that is the new plan… 12 weeks
12 week plan:
weigh in every thursday (maybe pics too)
workout 5-6 times/week
cardio 3-5 times/week (10 miles minimum/wk)
66oz to 80oz of h2o
*since my run is a couple of days away, some of my workouts the first week will be a few push ups and sit ups and definitely stretching!
One day at a time! Cherish every moment.

I have been doing very well! I fell off of the wagon a couple of times with my eating but I have been truly consistent with my workouts!!! At least 5 days a week. Woohoo! And for the past five days i have been drinking over 64oz of water (not including other bevs. like xtend and vasocharge). While tracking my water intake, i am less focused on eating and I have been eating awesomely in proportion and quality. I had a small pc of cake today and yesterday i had 2 sugar cookies and kept it moving. Man i feel good. Not sure what I am going to do for my work out today. Lately i have been doing a lot of outdoor activities. Mostlikely it will be pushup and situp improvement and some cardio of some sort. I feel stronger and more fit although the scale has not been very friendly. I must increase my cardio in order to get the results i want. AAAAAaaaaaaahhhhh! I don’t hate cardio, I just enjoy lifting so much. With cardio i just feel like i cannot breathe as good as I need to… probably because it is cardio. There is some improvement already, more is needed.

Wow! Today was a good day and it was my birthday. I took time off from work and chilled for the most part. got my hair touched up and went to the gym. I did not have a real plan for the gym i just wanted to get in there and hit it hard. That is exactly what i did. i just kept it moving while i was in there. got a great sweat going. i did a little bit of everything… pushups, close hand push ups, diff crunch variations, bicep curls, lunges, crossover lunges… and so much more. i don’t even feel like typing it all. anyway, it was great and felt even better. i can totally do this.
gotta get some Abs!i don’t even know what day i am on for my challenge. so much for that.
5days a week exercise and 4-6 meals a day. - i can do that. =)
oh, i ran 3 miles yesterday. the plan for tomorrow is to run 6 miles at a comfortable pace. =) and abs.

Great morning. I got off on a slow start this morning and did not run 6 miles like i wanted to. And that is ok. Instead, I walked at a 10% incline at 3.7 for 33 minutes. That was still a good work out.
Yesterday myself and a couple of my fitness buddies at work went to gym to do a couple of circuit drills and then ran 1 mile of sprinting/jogging, and we finished up with abs. I know i am not a fitness instructor or a certified instructor or anything, but it felt great to be instructing others and helping to push them beyond their comfort zones… to be honest, they were really keeping me motivated and pushing me to really trying my best at each exercise. a great feeling.
after my workout, yesterday, i craved a fried bologna sandwhich! i know that is like the worst. but i had to have one. i ran into the grocery store and got some fat free turkey bologna and fat free sharp cheddar cheese slices. once i made to my house i was too hungry to wait for the stove top to heat up and i ate 2 1/2 sandwhiches cold. that was a crazy moment. and i was still hungry. so i drank water and chilled a little. LOL!

WooHoo! I did my 30 day challenge! That was the most consistent i had ever been! Now I am ready to do it again. I will be focusing on working out 5 days a week and conscious eating. Anything more than that is a bonus. Trying Kre a fem supplements this month and sipping xtend and vasocharge as needed. I did weights this morning and used the weight routine that I would have done yesterday if I had went to the gym. I don’t really have an appetite. I had some soy nuts and a pretzel. I know i must eat and will make sure I have a good lunch.
