After much begging and prodding, pleading and planning, I was finally allowed to up my cardio
Why am I so excited? I'm glad you asked. Cardio helps speed up the metabolism to burn stored fat all the while your nutritional lifestyle (diet to some of you) keeps you from gaining more unwanted weight. The result being weight-loss. However, the important concern is not becoming a cardio zombie. Perhaps you have seen these people morning, noon and night, cranking out hours upon hours of cardio. Not fun, let me assure you. I mean these people are eating and sleeping cardio. All the while burning much of the hard-earned muscle they've worked so diligently to have. Go slow, it's better that way. Now that I am allowed to add a couple cardio sessions to my arsenal, I look forward to better conditioning. Phase II begins...
Hey glad you'll be able to add cardio to your routine. and ur so right about cardio zombies. sometimes i go with my friend to her gym, but all she does is cardio, i get bored and go do my thing.
i keep telling her i cant just go to a gym and do cardio, its boring to me, its just part of, not the whole thing i want to be doing. oh well to each its own. good luck
