Questions

It’s been awhile since i’ve been on this blog. Alot of things have happened since then that has keep me extremely busy. Let me start by saying that i’m in my second year in a Doctrate Physcial Therapy Program. So if you read my previous post everything seems to be working out.

With this being said i’m posting this incase anyone has any questions pertaining to injuries or what they should do to aid in recovery. I think it will be a good challenge for me as a student to help, plus i have access to a numerous amout of resources so if i don’t know i can find out for you. So feel free to send me any questions you might have.

 On another note i have crushed so many previous Personal Records recently. Yesterday i benched 405 for the first time. Today i squated 635 which i think i could of done more but spotting was an issue so i left it were it stood. The other day i barbelled rowed 405 for 4 after deadlifting. My PR on deadlift is at 585 which i hit back in May this year. Sometime this week i’m gonna try to beat it.

 I train power and strength so i can’t preach enough about core work core work core work. Needless to say WORK YOUR CORE !!! Especially if you want to hit big weights without getting hurt.
