Well its been a while Since I been ACTUALLY WORKING OUT. But now im started back up, slowly but surely, Im doing 225lb Bench press 3 times(Will go higher Next week for 1 rep MAX!!!), and Now im back in the gym, working out and getting cut. Im taking my supplements but havent taken a pre work out formula since DEC. (I stopped in Jan, started back up like End of April (working out in the small gym at work during lunch), and I hit the FULL GYM on the 28th of this month. So Im gettin back up. AND I STILL HAVE YET TO TAKE A PRE WORK OUT FORMULA.) SO this is all me. I have to get ready for the summer, its really close. Wish me luck

I been maxing out lately. ok calves.. Im doing 200lbs on seated calf press, and standing im doing 360 8 times.. Ive been dared to do 380 ten.. I did it but i felt like my back would break..LOL. so imma work back up to that.. And today I tested out my bench and im maxing out at 265.. Not bad for someone who doesnt bench..LOL And on E-Z Bar ive maxed out at 100lbs.. but my form was horrible.. LOL so now im doing 70 lbs 8 reps, 6 sets.well start out wit 60lbs 3 sets 10 reps..then 70.. Gotta warm up..and Dumbell Press. I maxed out 75lbs 5 times..LOL.. And Pectorial Fly I did 220 lbs 6 reps.. IM STEPPIN IT UP
