And in more ways than one.  It is getting cold here in West Michigan and that means the shop where I workout is cold too.  In the winter I never seem to get all the way warm.  I work in a Freezer/refrigerator.  The temp stays below freezing when I am outside and to top it all off, when I go to workout the shop is cold enough to see your breath.  Takes a good hour for it to warm up with space heaters and even then it is still chilly.  Only three things seem to warm me up --a hot shower, three blankets when I sleep and my favorite activity with my wife.

In addition to all this -- my body stats seem to be in suspendend animation as well.  No great changes.  Fat percentage dropped a smidge, but weight went up slightly.  Maybe I am putting on some muscle mass and that leads me to think that the cold might be a good time to add mass.  If I can add muscle, then when spring comes it will help burn off the remaining fat --which isn't much.  I am beginning to think that what I really need to tighten all this loose skin is muscle coming form the other direction anyway.

Workout today was Triceps and Forearms and by far it was the easiest this week, although both are burning right now.  Cardio: none.  Changes -- split is good but I want to do more -- still want to double train problem areas: Abs, Chest, Bis and Tris.  Cardio: short periods of cardio front and back.  Looking to gain muscle while it is cold. Proposed plan:

Day 1 -- Bis, Tris, Abs

Day 2 -- Chest, Back, Shoulders

Day 3 -- Abs, Legs, Forearms/Calves

Day 4 -- Chest, Bis, Tris

4x12 wiuth 45 sec. rest periods between sets.  3 exercises per body part.  On the doubles, try to find as many different exercises to do as well. 

Diet: I think I am going to simple eat clean, keep protein level high and calorie level stable.
