I pick up chicken half breasts that are pre-marinated from the local grocery store’s meat dept. Throw 4 of those at a time on the George Foreman grill (takes 5 min warmup, 10 min to cook), then throw a bag of frozen mixed veggies in the microwave for 5 min. Take that one out, throw in a second bag for 5 min. Take out 4 paper plates, put a half bag of cooked veggies on each plate, and one half-breast. Cut the half breasts into quarters (for ease later on). Cover with plastic wrap that is microwavable. There you have a 2 minute-to-cook meal for 4 days… (I loathe prep time…)
