Yesterday was my leg day I started out with squats, leg extensions, and leg press I spent about an hour and 15 min in the gym. Then I went for my 3mi walk/jog I couldn’t run for crap squats took alot outta me so I cut my swim out of the day. I’m thinking about starting a weight gainer again my metabolism is speeding up I can easily eat 3000 calories in a day.

Yesterday I worked out for more then a hour and a half and did a 4 mile walk/jog and a swim across a lake. I’m hoping I can get to my friends level of fitness. No one can say I’m not training hard enough. If I don’t beat him I’ll know it wasn’t cause he was training harder then me.
