I have no lost one pound since my workout which I started in August. I am a little disappointed since I have dramatically changed my diet and increased my work out program. I have read that this problem is common for most women but I need to keep my spirts up so I can meet my goals.

Hi Alicia. Just stay focused & positive. Result will happen. U might need to adjust your diet. Maybe add more cardio. Do u take a fat burner if not maybe u should try one. i dont know if u read any fitness mags or not. But there is a lot of good info in them. Keep pluging away u will win. Bob

dont be a slave to the scale!!! I have decided that I am going to be more concerned with my inches than pounds. Get out your tape measure and keep up with it that way. Good Luck:)
