Man supersets suck. My body feels like jello! Oh well, next week we will be back to the regular routine.

Supersets are definitely intense and a good way to shock the system. Props for doing them.

Supersets RAWK!! The only way to train arms….from my very limited perspective anyway….

I love supersets. It’s not fun, but it gives great results.

Yeah we did them just like you said Led to shock our bodies. Wed we will do back bi and Friday will be legs. That could be deads or squats. So this week I will be very sore, but ready to build muscle the following week.
