Man supersets suck. My body feels like jello! Oh well, next week we will be back to the regular routine.

Today I started week three of this bulking cycle. I have been working on muscle conditioning. Been just doing about two exercises per muscle group with 3 sets of 10 per exercise. Today I added an addition exercise and tried to add another set to areas that I was able to. Today was chest, tri, and shoulder. Wednesday will be back, bi, deadlifts until i pass out
and abs. Friday will be legs. That means squatting till I cant stand. Lets hope that everything keeps going well.

I know that this doesnt sound amazing, but to me it is. I have never have done dead lift training ever. I only did a couple sets last time to work on some form. I maxed out today after doing a warm up set and work out set. 305lbs is what I maxed out at the end of my back and bi workout!! This is awesome since in school and all the way through I was the kid having a hard time benching the bar. Going to rest up tomorrow and hopefully do something amazing on squats Friday!!!

Today I worked out with a friend who is a certified trainer. Man I will tell you he had me doing excercises that I thought I was stronger on but made me feel incredibly weak. The key I noticed was form. Never less I also started my new diet this week as well. Taking in about 250g of protein and 300g of complex carbs that are below 50 on the gi scale. Only time I exceed that is when using my supplements. I will update all my stats after week 4 is complete.
