Great job bro! I tried hittin my PR’s but just didnt have the juice…maybe it was spending all day out in the sun doing 2 change of commands! Well thats my excuse. As for your shoulder press, whenever i have a weakspot i will try to work that part in every other workout or atleast twice a week. Try doing some heavy push presses and split jerks that might help too. try them both and let me know how it works.

AHH yes, the photos. This is exactly how I became brutaly aware that I was a dowdy mom! I cannot believe how bad I looked. I am down some pounds, but I do go by the mirror test. Much better than a scale. Keep it up!!

At the end of the day, while there is no easy way to ask someone to take photo's of you without sounding like either a or b, who really cares? It's all about you anyway, right? You're not asking someone to take photo's of you for them........well,......right? At any rate, just ask, explain if they give you the hairy eyebrow, and if they don't, just pose away. Be beyond what mainstream thinks, be unique. You're not really living unless you're making others feel uneasy anyway....

I know what you mean. I think I've made some progress, but then the pictures don't show anything. You haven't posted any new ones in a while. I'm due for some too. I haven't really tried posing. I use a camera with a timer too, but they don't come out well. Posing is a skill, like you wrote. At least you have some mass on you to show.

Keep it up.
