					<description>Great job bro! I tried hittin my PR’s but just didnt have the juice…maybe it was spending all day out in the sun doing 2 change of commands! Well thats my excuse. As for your shoulder press, whenever i have a weakspot i will try to work that part in every other workout or atleast twice a week. Try doing some heavy push presses and split jerks that might help too. try them both and let me know how it works.</description>
