F.D.A. RECALLS HYDROXYCUT
Friday, May 1st, 2009WASHINGTON — Government health officials warned dieters and body builders Friday to immediately stop using Hydroxycut, a widely sold supplement linked to cases of serious liver damage and at least one death.
The Food and Drug Administration said the maker of the dietary supplement has agreed to recall 14 Hydroxycut products. Available in grocery stores and pharmacies, Hydroxycut is advertised as made from natural ingredients. At least 9 million packages were sold last year, the FDA said.
Dr. Linda Katz of the FDA’s food and nutrition division said the agency has received 23 reports of liver problems, including the death of a 19-year-old boy living in the Southwest. The teenager died in 2007, and the death was reported to the FDA this March.
Other patients experienced symptoms ranging from jaundice, or yellowing of the skin, to liver failure. One received a transplant and another was placed on a list to await a new liver.
There was no immediate comment from the U.S. distributor of the diet pill, Iovate Health Sciences, headquartered near Buffalo, N.Y. Made by a Canadian company, Hydroxycut is used by people trying to shed pounds and by body builders to sharpen their muscles.

Prototype 216
Sunday, April 5th, 2009** Update ** OK its APRIL 5th 2009, And today is day 3 of using PROTOTYPE 216. It has been giving me more energy and making me stay at the gym longer and slowly increasing workout weight.

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009Would like any info on Prototype 216. - Update,, Today saturday 4-4-2009 is my second workout day using PROTOTYPE 216, I made an effort to wake up early at hit gym by 9am ( which I had never done, since im mostly an afternoon and evening workout person ) Anyway, using these pills I had an amazing workout and plenty of energy, wanted to stay at the gym longer , but have errands to run. Prototype 216 made me increase my weight in working out, so far, I like these pills.
Any input on- MYO SHOCK HSP ??

I Dont sweat
Sunday, September 23rd, 2007Ok, when I workout. I dont sweat. Now is it cause I dont workout hard enough? or is it I dont drink enough water? When I work out I do workout hard, and im usually there for about an hour or so. I admit I dont drink enough water, but is that another reason why I dont sweat. Ok, im ready for any advice..
