Awesome Morning/Preworkout Shake
This is something I have been playing with for a while now and i think its pretty solid:
~40 g of your chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 - Medium Banana
Milk or Water, add until satisfied
1/2 cup of Oats
—— Blend—–
Enjoy!
If this is for postworkout, substitute 30g of sugar (dextrose is good) for the oats, and then have some white bread, gummies, or other sugar with it
