The key posts next:

The first post of every Log lists the start date, my various measurements and what other supplements, if any, I’m taking at the time, as well as any that I am considering adding potentially at some point in the Log. The first post contains this information ALWAYS.

Towards the end will be a post titled Closing Time, which are the final numbers. When this post is up, it means the Log is ended, ALWAYS. I don’t make that post until the last day of the Log, which means I am out of product to test, usually. There may be another post either preceding or following it entitled Final Review. If one of those posts is not present, the Log is ongoing. Please feel free to PM me any questions.
