Mass Build Modifications
Monday, October 23rd, 2006Because I am trying to be fair and test SizeOn as thoroughly as possible, I am measuring an updating today, 16 days into the Mass Build program. The reason I am doing this is that starting tomorrow (depending on if I get my order), I will be adding a new supplement to the current list. That will be Xtreme Formulations Relentless product, which I will be heavily leaning on as a recovery aid.
I have been able to use much higher weights for training than previously, which I attribute to SizeOn. Unfortunately, those much heigher weights that do not allow me to recover with any degree of speed and it is starting to interfere with the projected workouts.
In the interests of fairness to Gaspari, I went through and checked all the numbers from when I started on October 07. Very little has changed, except for Forearms, which went up slightly. I have also increased the max #s for a couple lifts. I realistically do not expect any great deal of changes halfway through a tub, but I also believe in full disclosure.
The first month of the Mass Build is going pretty well so far. I have found that SizeOn alone works better than AMP alone, but those two together are a very powerful combination. I found out that SuperPump250 is great for a colon blow, but little else. I had some other samples from the Olympia I was going to try with it or did try with it already, but can’t recall what they were now. Apparently, they were not particularly memorable, though I will check my other secret public journal to see when I do the SizeOn write-up next month…
Next month will also see me go through the rest of the Olympia samples I have and then maybe take a week or two off of creatine entirely. After Thanksgiving, I will resume with the Satur8 Rush/NO stack and see what gives there…
