Current/Remaining Projects ‘06
Saturday, September 30th, 2006Here is the schedule for the rest of this year. Be sure to read the post prior to this one before continuing.
Starting October 07, I will begin a Mass Build program, which will go through probably March ‘07.
It will include the same multi and additional vitamin combination as in the prior post. For October, it will also include Gaspari’s SizeOn Creatine. I will also be using AMP for pre-workout energy on weekends. Redline RTD may also be used.
Whenever the SizeOn runs out, I will possibly take a week off supps of this nature, then go with ISS Research’s Satur8 Rush Creatine and Satur8 NO stack. Everything else will be the same.
Depending on progress when the Satur8 runs out, I may wind up getting a test booster and may not…
Dietarily, I will continue trying to hit between 250 and 300g of protein daily. I am lifting carb restrictions, but will continue to try to keep fat dialed down somewhat. This will not be a dirty bulk, but it will be considerably less restrictive than any of my other diet formats.
In the gym, unless the urge hits me, October will feature zero Cardio. I have scheduled a workout format, which is basically every other day and at least 72 hours between hitting a body group again. I have given Shoulders, Back and Legs their own day and added Arms to Chest day.
I am going to take starting measurements the day before I start the Mass Build program and will update then.
