for some reson i can not find a good ab workout idk my body doesnt respond to anything anybody can you please help me with my abs.

well 09 ishere and its time to start cutting up.ive been trying to gain weight for a long time im 202 lbs and this sun i start cutting.its a 3-4 mon cut so hopfully by the end ill be shredded with new pics up.The cardio and the diets intense but im rdy rafmorris37 u btr get rdy cuz im starting to join the legion baby 0999!!!! whoa.

it was 10 in the mourning and i was rdy i startded off with t bar rows 3 sets 10-12 reps then i did seated rows 4 sets 10 reps then i did lat pulldowns 4 sets with the last a drop set 10-12 reps then finally i did behind the neck pulldowns 4 sets 10-15 reps train hard never give up peace.

its 130 in da gym i started off wit decline bb presses 4 sets 10-12 reps then incline db presses 10-12 reps 3 sets then flat flyes wit db 3 sets 10-12 reps finally crossovers3 sets10-12 reps.

it was 930 and i was rdy for shoulders. first off was shoulder presses 4 sets pyrimided 10 lbs a set 10-8 reps next was cable front rasies 4 sets 12-15 reps then was rear laterial machine 3 sets15 reps and then side rasies 3sets 20-15 since i did presses it works the middle deltoid. then i finished off with shrugs 4 sets of like 12then as i was leaving rafmorris37 pop in hes doin arms i hope his workout went great hes gonna b starting precontest dieting 6 months i kno he can do it props man till next time peace.

today didnt go down like i wanted i only did 4 exercises because theres no way i can do my normal leg workout at 9 in da mourning but i started out wit 3 sets of warm up leg extensions then i did 5 sets of leg presses10-12 reps then some more extensions 4 sets 10-12 with a drop set.then i did lying leg curls3 sets 10-15 reps then i did stiff legged deadlifts 3 sets 10-12 reps well thats all today it was kind of dissapointing but i have to deal till next time peace.

its 930 in the gym and im rdy to go i start off with chest pressmachine it has alot of resistence so ionlyy do 120 lbs believe me its tough.i did 4 sets 10-12 reps.next was cablecross overs 3 sets 15-8 reps then i did the pec deck 4 sets 12-0 reps i only did 3 exercises tday becasue my body wasent feeling it to much so i lighten it up to prevent injury train hard peace.

its was an empty day in the gym nice and quiet. i did 2 supersets today first was db incline bench ss wit incline flyes,then it was flat db bench with flat bench flyes 3 sets everything 10 reps a piece after i feltthe pump it was great. keep pushin and never give up.
