Today was my birthday. I went out and aint pretty clean. I went to red lobster and had a juicy New york steak with Lobster tail. I did have 2 servings of soda. But it tasted so good.

Did chest today . IT was an alright workout. I was pretty mad when i went. Me and my boss werent seeing eye to eye today so that kinda messed me up a little bit i guess. Couldnt really enjoy it but still pushed myself. I will post up the workout later on my workout tracker.
