well today i started week 5 of my cut diet. Dropped down to 2500 calories a day. Its not to bad. got 4 weeks of that then i’ll drop down to 2000 a day.
Worked out shoulders. Went somewhat moderate weight just because my shoulders was feeling a litte iffy. But it still was pretty intense. Didnt take my book to record everything so i wont post it on the workout tracker.
Well today is the 4th day of my cut diet and its sucks. Well not really. But there is always so much tempting food everywhere. TV, billboards and work. Well i’ll manage. Only the Strong Survive this game.
