Today was an easy back day because i have a PFT ( Physical Fitness Test ) on Friday so I have to take it easy until then.

 Seated Cable Rows

  1. 140lbs x 8 reps
  2. 160lbs x 8 reps
  3. 180lbs x 8 reps

Lat Machine Pulldown

  1. 140lbs x 8 reps
  2. 160lbs x 8 reps
  3. 180lbs x 8 reps

1-Arm Dumbbell Rows

  1. 45s x 8 reps
  2. 55s x 8 reps
  3. 65s x 8 reps

Low Row Machine

  1. 90lbs x 8 reps
  2. 180lbs x 8 reps
  3. 270lbs x 8 reps

T-Bar Row

  1. 45lbs x 8 reps
  2. 90lbs x 8 reps
  3. 135lbs x 8 reps

Also in the morning i ran 6+ miles up hills and pavement it was pretty kick ass and it sucked
