Monday, December 11th, 2006Today was an easy back day because i have a PFT ( Physical Fitness Test ) on Friday so I have to take it easy until then.
Seated Cable Rows
- 140lbs x 8 reps
- 160lbs x 8 reps
- 180lbs x 8 reps
Lat Machine Pulldown
- 140lbs x 8 reps
- 160lbs x 8 reps
- 180lbs x 8 reps
1-Arm Dumbbell Rows
- 45s x 8 reps
- 55s x 8 reps
- 65s x 8 reps
Low Row Machine
- 90lbs x 8 reps
- 180lbs x 8 reps
- 270lbs x 8 reps
T-Bar Row
- 45lbs x 8 reps
- 90lbs x 8 reps
- 135lbs x 8 reps
Also in the morning i ran 6+ miles up hills and pavement it was pretty kick ass and it sucked
