Well today is the 4th day of my cut diet and its sucks. Well not really. But there is always so much tempting food everywhere. TV, billboards and work. Well i’ll manage. Only the Strong Survive this game.

Played basketball for 2 hours. Very exhausting but felt awesome. I was going to work out arms after that but i was way to tired. I’ll workout arms later on in the day.

Workouted chest at lunch and shoulders at 3:30. I forgot to take my book so i could write everything down. Oh well.
