Cardio rocked today, Creatine article.
Just felt awesome on the t-mill today and ran a personal best 1.5 mile in 10:21. Crunched some abs and then finished with 30mins on the elipse. On the way out though I noticed this Creatine article and I didn’t read all of it but one part caught my eye, said that Creatine, in some study’s, only provided quick burst of energy/improvement for like sprinting, jumping, swimming and what not. I thought it was to help saturate the muscle to avoid amino acid build up, hence allowing for faster recovery.
Any thoughts?
