It was on overall good workout, but I didnt feel "pumped" up for it. I tried to wake up, but it wasnt easy. The weights were feeling lighter, but the energy wasnt flowing. most likely because it was cold in the gym and they had their fans on full blast. When they gym is empty, it is definitely cold! I will just have to start bringing a long sleeved t shirt from now until it warms up outside.
My calves were looking juicy and I noticed the veins in my biceps are coming out a little bit better. I didnt eat much yesterday, but I wasnt that hungry. I think my hunger is finally subsiding. I only ate 1400 caloires yesterday, but I still got in 240 grams of protein.
