June 2, 2009Well I guess you cant input an excell file here. Was going to try to list my lift’s but I guess I will have to figure something else out. Things have been going great so far. I have cleaned up my diet alot just playing with the ammount of cals a day. I’am getting stronger slowly so that’s great. I am trying a mix of weights and cardio as I would like to accomplish lean mass and fat loss. I have been reading alot about ways to get big but they all say no cardio. Not sure where that leaves me but I’m just going to give it a try for awile and see what happens. I sure get alot from bb.com and am glad I found it.
