Finally Back to Basics

Well this is my first post for sometime now. I have been super busy with loads going on so my training suffered alot. From changing jobs to new friends to new sports and holidays. Family do’s christmas and new years its been really full on. Also with a few injuries and having some bad neck trouble i couldnt do much at all really, so my weight has dropped a few kgs and also bf% has increased slightly however can still see the formation of abs.

So my new years resolution was to take my training serious and get to my goals of joining the Fire Brigade.

So this morining was the first session working out again i am following a lean mass diet and lifting 5 times a week i know its a little funny to start mid week but its a easy way for me to progress with work etc… Im now following the SciVation tri phase just to build my fram up then ill get into a full split.

Made the early drive to the gym this morning  to train back and traps turned out i have lost a fair amount of strength however still getting really good pumps and i have stayed fairly lean anyway so muscle defintion is still there also just not on as much of scale. After my grueling set of deadlifts, pullups, bent over rows and shugs i left the gym floor feeling really good massive smile on my face!

I walked into the changerooms to have a shower and instantly noticed the pump my lats, bicep and forearms had recieved in the workout and immediatly took my post workout meal and then left knowing that im back im ready to become what i want to be!!!

Lift hard or go home!
