			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I have this intense craving for Eggs and Salsa, or really anything that I can put salsa on!  It might be the tomatos&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;who knows? &lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;</p>
<p> Today was a great day and I feel great.  For breakfast I had 2 eggs, b rice and 1 turkey burger&#8230;AND&#8230;1/2 a Pomegrante. So I had pom. seed in my teeth (not cool).  I went to the gym after and did upper body</p>
<p>Side note- why is it that when we look good, we think food and workouts are effective; however, when we don&#8217;t look so good, we don&#8217;t think the prior is working at all?!</p>
<p>After I did weight&#8230;I munched on a grapefruit that took me 2 hours to eat&#8230;wt!?</p>
<p>For Lunch I made veggie spagetti with roasted broccoli and cauliflower.  It was good.  And I ate the correct portion.  Holla back.</p>
<p> I just ate eggwhite &amp; spinach omlete and salsa&#8230;im about to smasha a banana and pb.  I think I drank a gallon of water today. It was a good day.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I started off my day with Spinning&#8230;and needless to say, I forgot how crucial that bike was.  I got through the class and really had a great workout. I started drinking more water on Monday so I sweated so much more than usual.  Which is a great thing and Im not complaining.  Afterwards I streched for about 15 minutes.  Stretching felt like more punishment than spinning, but I know it will be good for me in the end.</p>
<p>For Breakfast I ate 2 eggs, a half of a sweet potato and salsa I made</p>
<p> Salsa Recipe</p>
<p>*1 big can Petite Diced Tomato&#8211;or you can slice them yourself</p>
<p>*1/2 bushel of Cilantro</p>
<p>*1 whole onion</p>
<p>*2 tsp of garlic</p>
<p>* squeeze of lemon</p>
<p>* 3 very small hot peppers</p>
<p>After workout I had a protein shake.  At lunch my best friend and I ate soup and salad at olive garden and for dinner I ate 2 turkey patties, salsa and brown rice.  For dessert I had a banana and 1 tbsp of peanut butter.  I think I drank about 3/4 of a gallon of water today.  My goal is a gallon.  So Cici tells me I need to loose 1.5-2 pounds ever week til competition time and Im ready for that.  I&#8217;m feeling good today, besides the fact that my butt hurst from the bike seats and my legs hurt from well&#8230;.spinning!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, for the past 6 months I decided to fill my body with trash to see what it will do to ya.  Trash in, Trash out&#8230;whoever said that was completely right.  So I have gained about 30 pounds from my previous show weight, which doesn&#8217;t surprise me at all.  But I&#8217;m really in it to win this time which is a big contrast from my last transformation.  And plus I&#8217;m getting into doing competition makeup at shows&#8230;so I have to get my experience in&#8230;</p>

<p>So if you need a makeup artist for your show&#8230;let me know! If you are a promoter and want me to come to a show&#8230;let me know too!!</p>
<p> I digress,  So here goes, I will look 10 times better than I did before&#8230;like A. Marie told me&#8230;I own the stage in 16 weeks!&#8230;fyi&#8230;she&#8217;s fabulous.  Come with me on this journey. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the 2nd cycle of de-carbing and ya know Im pretty much tired of it now.  Its like I savagely smash the chicken in T minus 2 seconds then on to the next.  Before I started all this I ate because I liked the way food tasted, that instant gratification and knowing that I could get that when I wanted.  Now, I eat so I won&#8217;t pass clean out in the gym! Mentally that is the part that is hard for me, eating to survive.  Not to get full or to be comforted.</p>
<p>Second!  Now I really have grasped the concept of clean eating and how fresh and light things taste.  This only came about when EVERYTHING is stripped away from me for about 3.5 days (chicken &amp; water).  I think I had the best brown rice, bell peppers, oranges, prunes, seaweed&#8230;etc for that 24 hours I had of&#8230;oh and oatmeal&#8230;fresh strawberries.  Now I appreciate the small things in life.  The show is on the 31st, Im excited.  Progress is coming quite nice.  Im just worn out.  But&#8230;..ya gotta love it!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have 3 of the most awesome people in my life helping me to train.  My train-by-text trainer, Ms. C.kyle (if you need any help with training to get your butt into gear let me know, I&#8217;ll give you her contact information&#8211;she helped me to loose close to 50 pounds in about 6 months), Next is Will, ex-marine&#8230;thats all I gotta say.  He pushes me but he has sense.  Then theres Joey, tweaks my diet&#8230;well until I die and come back again! lol.  But my progress in three days (May 8 til 11) is phenomenal.  Gosh.  So I have about 2 weeks and 6 days to really stay dedicated.  De-carbing now, and Im aching a little, but Im good to go like the 4th meal at Taco Bell, ya dig? I&#8217;ll be updating pics on about Wednesday, unless I feel like I just am off the chain and need to update sooner!</p>

<p>Im so excited about my NEW protein, Fresh Cinnamon Roll by BSN.  Ill let you know how it tastes.  This may be the one thing that saves my life. lol.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Its late, but I know that I owe it to myself to document.  Today I did 13 minutes of Personal Training with a girl at the local gym, just to see what was up.  She more so worked on fatiguing me out then making me feel dumb when I couldn&#8217;t lift 5 pound dumbells.  Anywho.  I taught cycle for 30 minutes and Zumba for an hour.  It was fabulous I must say</p>
<p> I was sitting and reflecting on how good it feels to accomplish eating clean at the end of the day.  And finally getting past the urge to think about food, or the quanity (in my case) of food you eat.  Big ups to my trainer in distant sandz Cici for being so great and entertaining me throughout the day.  When I get famous, well, we will both be famous at the same time, so I really don&#8217;t have to break her off. </p>
<p>Next weeks training and nutrition is getting more strict, but I&#8217;ve also learned to take it one day at a time or you will get discouraged.  So, I&#8217;ll talk to ya tomorrow!
