Eggs n Salsa

So I have this intense craving for Eggs and Salsa, or really anything that I can put salsa on!  It might be the tomatos>>>>who knows? <<<<<

 Today was a great day and I feel great.  For breakfast I had 2 eggs, b rice and 1 turkey burger…AND…1/2 a Pomegrante. So I had pom. seed in my teeth (not cool).  I went to the gym after and did upper body

Side note- why is it that when we look good, we think food and workouts are effective; however, when we don’t look so good, we don’t think the prior is working at all?!

After I did weight…I munched on a grapefruit that took me 2 hours to eat…wt!?

For Lunch I made veggie spagetti with roasted broccoli and cauliflower.  It was good.  And I ate the correct portion.  Holla back.

 I just ate eggwhite & spinach omlete and salsa…im about to smasha a banana and pb.  I think I drank a gallon of water today. It was a good day.

day 3

Wednesday, December 17th, 2008

I started off my day with Spinning…and needless to say, I forgot how crucial that bike was.  I got through the class and really had a great workout. I started drinking more water on Monday so I sweated so much more than usual.  Which is a great thing and Im not complaining.  Afterwards I streched for about 15 minutes.  Stretching felt like more punishment than spinning, but I know it will be good for me in the end.

For Breakfast I ate 2 eggs, a half of a sweet potato and salsa I made

 Salsa Recipe

*1 big can Petite Diced Tomato–or you can slice them yourself

*1/2 bushel of Cilantro

*1 whole onion

*2 tsp of garlic

* squeeze of lemon

* 3 very small hot peppers

After workout I had a protein shake.  At lunch my best friend and I ate soup and salad at olive garden and for dinner I ate 2 turkey patties, salsa and brown rice.  For dessert I had a banana and 1 tbsp of peanut butter.  I think I drank about 3/4 of a gallon of water today.  My goal is a gallon.  So Cici tells me I need to loose 1.5-2 pounds ever week til competition time and Im ready for that.  I’m feeling good today, besides the fact that my butt hurst from the bike seats and my legs hurt from well….spinning!

Week 1

So, for the past 6 months I decided to fill my body with trash to see what it will do to ya.  Trash in, Trash out…whoever said that was completely right.  So I have gained about 30 pounds from my previous show weight, which doesn’t surprise me at all.  But I’m really in it to win this time which is a big contrast from my last transformation.  And plus I’m getting into doing competition makeup at shows…so I have to get my experience in…

 

So if you need a makeup artist for your show…let me know! If you are a promoter and want me to come to a show…let me know too!!

 I digress,  So here goes, I will look 10 times better than I did before…like A. Marie told me…I own the stage in 16 weeks!…fyi…she’s fabulous.  Come with me on this journey. Shouts out to CuZn the GREATEST fitness athlete, trainer and strength and conditioning specialist…Cici Kyle.  She will get you where you need to be! Even via internet and text! lol.
