Its late, but I know that I owe it to myself to document.  Today I did 13 minutes of Personal Training with a girl at the local gym, just to see what was up.  She more so worked on fatiguing me out then making me feel dumb when I couldn’t lift 5 pound dumbells.  Anywho.  I taught cycle for 30 minutes and Zumba for an hour.  It was fabulous I must say

 I was sitting and reflecting on how good it feels to accomplish eating clean at the end of the day.  And finally getting past the urge to think about food, or the quanity (in my case) of food you eat.  Big ups to my trainer in distant sandz Cici for being so great and entertaining me throughout the day.  When I get famous, well, we will both be famous at the same time, so I really don’t have to break her off. 

Next weeks training and nutrition is getting more strict, but I’ve also learned to take it one day at a time or you will get discouraged.  So, I’ll talk to ya tomorrow!
