Monday week 8

Monday, March 31st, 2008

I had a really bad weekend. But we won’t dwell on the past, but learn from it.  I bounced back.  Taught Cylcle this morning and did Pilates right after.  After I wash some clothes, Ill go lift my weights so I can be SWWOOLLL for teaching ZUMBA tonight!  Zumba is so great, 75 percent of my class are black women.  Which is a really big deal because we are dying from our unhealthy eating habits. Combined with being completely inactive.  So shouts out to my ladies!  You guys are great.

 Im feeling good and drinking water!  I’ll keep you updated.

Today I lifted weights, it felt good to push through and finish.  I was going to do cycle before my Zumba+sculpt class.  Thats kind of intense.  Maybe I will.  I must say I love Zumba and Cycle with Bruce!

Training

I started really getting heavy into Cycle and I think it is really paying off.  Combined with Pilates and Zumba.  I think the bf is really lowering! Ill keep lifting weights *dead* And see how it goes @ the end of the month.  Look out for pictures!!
