Introduction
Well, for my first blog I will give a little background on myself, I lifted weights a little in high school to improve for sports. Once I went to college, I started lifting to put on weight, I came into college weighing 130. When I first started I knew very little about lifting. At the start of my sophmore year I switched majors to Nutrition and Exercise. I try to learn something new each day. I took a break from lifting summer ‘06. Big mistake, Im just now getting back to where I was strengthwise, and still am behind where I was a year ago size wise. Currently I am doing a powerlifting style training, trying to increase strength. Thats pretty much it right now. I’ll post more later.
