Crappy apt gym back/bi day
I have to STOP going to my apt gym and back to my normal gym…
Lat pulldown machine:

Row machine (same machine as lat-pulldown):
stackX6 (pronated)
stackX6 (hammer)
stackX6 (supinated)
DB Curls:
25lbX8 (1-arm at a time)
30lbX5 (1-arm at a time)
I hate my apt gym…

Im kinda split between going a gym and getting a home gym. Do you know which one would be better. ( the gym that i would choose is like a half mile from my job so time management shouldn’t be a problem.)

Depends on how much room you have for a home gym… If you can get a good power rack with pull up and dip bars, etc, and plenty of DBs and plates, then a home gym would rock… But, most people don’t have the space for that so a gym 1/2 mile away sounds great to me
